We whipped up this 20-minute curried cauliflower rice; it’s an easy snack that doesn’t take any time to whip up and requires straightforward ingredients—lots of great reasons to consume riced cauliflower.

20-Minute Curried Cauliflower Rice

2 tablespoon yellow curry powder
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
seasoning salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
12 oz frozen cauliflower rice
1 15 oz can black beans
Directions
- Take your package of cauliflower rice and dump it into a medium sized pan
- heat the frozen cauliflower rice and add in spices
- drain your black beans and dump into the cauliflower mix
- continue mixing until warm and then eat
