We got our name Refolo (pronounced ree · foh · low) by combining the words, real food love. How we nourish ourselves is so central to our wellbeing and we believe everyone deserves this.

Meet the Founder
Lola is the founder of Refolo. She started the project after watching her dad struggle with food following his cancer diagnosis. She also sought to solve her own struggles with food.
She’s passionate about food equity and believes that food is integral to personal, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. She’s also a believer in the potential for good food to improve health, environmental, and societal outcomes.
