We whipped up this fish and mayo-free chickpea tuna. This recipe doesn’t require any fake vegan mayo and is 100% plant-based. Chickpea UnTuna

1 can chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 bell pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp kelp salt
Directions
- Grab a large bowl and pour drained chickpeas into the bowl
- Put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl with the chickpeas
- Mash the chickpeas until all the ingredients are mixed (for a slightly smoother texture consider pulsing all the ingredients in a blender)
- Serve! We tried this mix on toast and in lettuce wraps. Refrigerate any leftovers
